Thought for Jan 24 -30, 2010-- Jabez's Prayer: And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, "Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!" So God granted him what he requested. 1 Chronicles 4:10 This is the prayer I prayed before embarking on this ministry. God has proven faithful to His promise of guiding our footsteps, especially when we do not know which direction to go or how far. I have learned that before God could enlarge my territory, I had to do something in the area He already had me in. I also learned that when I am busy in the Lord that it's hard to be busy in things NOT of the Lord, therefore allowing Him to keep me from evil. I thank God for His direction and enlarging my territory. Hawaii is beautiful territory and I pray I am a blessing to someone while I am here. Aloha!!
